The award found its Heroes (Lviv)

On October 10, 2023, a meeting was held in Lviv between the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly Viacheslav Sayenko and representatives of the Ukrainian-American Center (Lviv), NGO «АТО members and volunteers Union» and the Charitable Foundation «Golden Trident» (Arkansas, USA) George Gol and Domenico Maria Idoni II.

The organizations, whose roots lie on the other side of our long-suffering planet, have been helping the military of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations, as well as civilians in our homeland for over 7 years.

«In the first months of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, we organized the delivery of charitable aid and pickup trucks to the city of Kyiv to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteer battalions of the OUN-UNSO. Support was provided in obtaining charitable aid and trucks in England with their transportation across the English Channel and Europe to Ukraine with further delivery to Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Mykolaivka, and the Siversky Donets River area. Participated in the organization of training for civilians by American instructors in the Lviv region. He also held talks with representatives of the M142 HIMARS highly mobile missile system in Camden, Arkansas…» – George Gol.

For their humanitarian activities and help to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the population of Ukraine, George Gol and Domenico Maria Idoni II were awarded the «Badges of Honor» – the «Gratitude of the World from the Ukrainian People for the Humanitarian Component of the Victory» Award.
