Today, the Kuchurgan Children’s Help Center was visited by the Heads of the organizations that initiated the creation of the Centers in the communities of Ukrainian regions. Kostyantyn Holban, President of the International Charitable Help Corporation, and Vyacheslav Sayenko, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the International Anti-Corruption Assembly, met with the Center’s visitors, children from large and low-income families and their parents, orphans and IDPs.
During the meeting, they discussed new opportunities for assistance, development plans and the future opening of new Centers.
«We are very pleased to be able to help children and their parents who find themselves in difficult situations. We are opening the Centers in villages far from the main humanitarian aid distribution points, where it does not reach. On my way to Moldova for negotiations on establishing humanitarian aid supplies, I decided to visit several Centers and personally make sure that the direction we have chosen brings hope, kindness and joy to children in this difficult time for our people.» – Konstantin Golban
Among the visitors to the Center today was the acting starosta of the village of Shcherbanka (almost 19 km from Kuchurgan). Having heard about the Center’s activities in Kuchurgan, last Sunday she picked up a few things for the needy families of Shcherbanka village. And today she came again to get help for the kids.
Our team is extremely pleased that by our actions we are giving children a piece of hope that they are not forgotten.
